Return & Refund Policy

We value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product delivered meets your expectations.
However, due to the nature of medical and healthcare products, certain return and refund conditions apply.

Eligibility for Return / Replacement

A return or replacement request is accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The product seal is intact (for non-defective returns).

  • You raise the request within 48 hours of delivery.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are damaged/incorrect at delivery:

  • Opened or used medical products

  • Prescription medicines (as per regulatory guidelines)

  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive items

  • Personal hygiene or wellness items (e.g., masks, sanitary products, etc.)

  • Items purchased during clearance sale or special offer

These restrictions exist due to safety, hygiene, and regulatory compliance.

 

Process for Return / Replacement

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@topmedcart.com with:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Issue (wrong, damaged, defective)

    • Pictures or unboxing video (mandatory for physical damage claims)

  2. Our team will verify the request and update you via email.

  3. Once approved:

    • We will arrange a pickup from your address, or

    • Provide instructions for return shipping (based on location)

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • Product is unavailable/out of stock after placing the order.

  • Returned product passes inspection and verification.

  • Order is canceled before shipment.

Refund Mode:

  • Original payment method (card/wallet/UPI), or

  • Store credit, if preferred by the customer

Refund Timeline:

  • 5 to 10 business days after approval and inspection.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before shipment.

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong/damaged product), we bear the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference/change of mind (where applicable), return shipping costs may apply.

Verification & Inspection

Returned products will be inspected for:

  • Original packaging and condition

  • Unopened seal

  • Accessories, manuals, free items, etc. (if applicable)

If the product fails inspection, it will be shipped back without refund.
