• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

• If additional verification is required (such as for prescription products), processing may take slightly longer.

We will notify you via email/SMS once your order is processed and ready to ship.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

• Courier partner operations

Estimated delivery time:

• Local / Metro cities: 3–5 business days

• Non-metro / Remote areas: 5–9 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

• A tracking number

• Tracking link to monitor delivery status

You can track your order anytime through our Order Tracking section or with the link received on email/SMS.

Delivery Attempts

• The courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

• If the delivery is not successful (due to incorrect address or unavailability), the package may be returned to us.

• Re-delivery charges may apply for incorrect details provided by the customer.

Delay in Delivery

TopMedCart is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier or logistics partners

• Natural disasters

• Political restrictions or strikes

• Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
